When Copaiba Vitality is taken internally, it can promote overall wellness and may be an important part of a daily health regimen. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, so I use it for a sore neck or back. A game changer!!! Serious!

DIGIZE VITALITY

DiGize Vitality is a blend of ginger, anise, fennel, peppermint, tarragon, lemongrass, patchouli, and Juniper. I keep it on hand for when my digestive system needs a boost and good for an upset stomach.

THIEVES VITALITY

I was immediately drawn to Thieves’ versatility and wasn’t surprised to find out that it’s Young Living’s most popular product. It’s a powerful blend of lemon, eucalyptus, clove, cinnamon, and rosemary. Thieves Vitality supports a healthy immune system and can contribute to overall wellness when it’s taken as a dietary supplement.

Thieves also has its own line of cleaning supplies through Young Living! I’ve already replaced my hand sanitizer with a Thieves sanitizer and will continue to replace some of my household cleaners with Thieves products.

Thieves is known to kill most bacteria and germs, 99%! This oil is just, WOW!

PEPPERMINT VITALITY

Peppermint Vitality is my most used oil. Not only does it support gastrointestinal system comfort, it also enhances healthy gut function. Use Peppermint Vitality to help maintain the efficiency of the digestive tract and support normal digestion. This oil is a great pick me up for an energy boost. Great for muscle tension relief and head strain. No joke, If my stomach is feeling off, I drip a drop on my tongue or rub my belly with peppermint and in 10 seconds, upset tummy gone!!!

PANAWAY

PanAway is a warming blend of peppermint, wintergreen, clove, and helichrysum. You can only get it as a wholesale member of Young Living and it’s a great addition to the Premium Starter Kit. It can be applied to fatigued muscles after exercise or during a massage. PanAway contains naturally occurring methyl salicylate and menthol, commonly used as the active ingredients in many sports creams. With that said, it can also be applied to the neck and back for a soothing and stimulating aromatic experience!

RAVEN

Raven is another essential oil blend unique to Young Living and consists of ravintsara, lemon, wintergreen, peppermint, and eucalyptus radiata. It can be used to make your own chest rub to apply over the chest and throat. Simply add a warm compress over top to result in a calming aroma. Raven is a must-have for every home during the winter months!

CITRUS FRESH

Citrus Fresh is an antioxidant-rich blend and can freshen the air of any environment. With a sweet, refreshing blend of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, and a splash of spearmint, Citrus Fresh gives a revitalizing and uplifting aromatic experience. I love diffusing it in the morning for an energizing atmosphere. I love putting this in my water for a refreshing drink.

FRANKINCENSE

Frankincense has a stimulating and focusing aroma. Dubbed as “The King of Oils”, it promotes the appearance of smooth, healthy-looking skin. You can find it featured in Young Living’s line of skincare products, too!

LAVENDER

Ahhhh, lavender. ? ? ?One of the most versatile of all essential oils, it can be used in so many ways. It’s calming aroma is soothing and refreshing, perfect for fighting occasional nervous tension. Lavender can also be used to cleanse and soothe minor skin irritation.

STRESS AWAY

To be honest, I wasn’t really into this one at first. But, I began to use it in my diffuser before bed and it gives me an overall feeling of support. It has a calming blend of lavender, lime, vanilla, copaiba, cedarwood, and ocotea.

THIEVES HOUSEHOLD CLEANER & NINGXIA RED

I think it’s brilliant that Young Living adds the Thieves household cleaner to the starter kit because it’s something you have to use to truly appreciate it’s power. It can be used as an all-purpose cleaner, but don’t forget to add it to 2-3 cups of water. From dish soap to laundry detergent, Thieves can replace many household products.

Ningxia Red is one of my favorite products that YL offers. The unique flavor is a mix of sweet and tangy, With ingredients that boost energy levels, support cell function, and normal eye health, it’s a must-have for any oily home. Along with Ningxia Nitro, this is an everyday must for me!
